SPSS License Codes • contents
At the beginning of December, SPSS starts to complain that it will stop
working soon because the license renewal date is past. Do not panic, SPSS
should continue to work until the end of January. For Windows versions
you can switch the annoying message off by running the small program called
expoff.bat in the SPSS directory.
Our software
team will
issue letters about the new codes to everyone who has paid up
as soon as we get them. Our SPSS site-license codes are updated
each year by SPSS, but unfortunately the bills do not usually
come in time for it to go through the university system before
the beginning of December.

There is also a version
comparison utility there to compare SPSS 17 with whatever version
you are using at the moment. I've stored a local
version of the comparison for accessability. It's worth checking
the SPSS web site for
new developments.
